Alhamdulillah it was a very pleasant stay

Location Excellent. Deluxe King Room, Nothing was Deluxe, it was just a small and congested room. But it was very pleasant because it had a wide view of Masjid Nabawi. Watching the Haram from 9th floor was a very beautiful experience. So no complaints. Alhamdulillah.

Breakfast was not up to the expectation. There was no wheat bread.

Very Good

The location was excellent because I stayed here with my mother, so it was right in front of the women's entrance to the mosque. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Long wait for the elevators, especially at Salah time. Congested lobby and waiting areas. The service areas of the hotel are not well-designed. For the price we paid, the hotel should be in a better condition.

Best Staff Mr Hashim, Best Location right in front of Masjid harem, Just they should put new mattess

Breakfast was good, Room size are Ok OK, but the mattress need changing.

Mattress are not comfortable. Heater wasn't working. But staff Mr hashim is really very kind , he upgraded my room Free of charge just to make it up to me. So Overall I would give 5 star to this hotel because of Mr Hashim's Kindness.

Triple Room with City View?

Location is hard to beat if you are visiting masjid e Nabvi and traveling with women. Literally on the doorstep of Door 338 (leads to Gate 25)

It's very no-frills reception staff and hospitality. They honestly couldn't have been more nonchalant when we queried our room not matching the description. In return all we got was a shrug of the shoulders and if we were ready to pay. No attempt to resolve or even empathy. Room was cleaned once during our stay and even that was on request. After complaining to reception that we'd been there 2 days with no change of towels or room clean - there was a phone call made. No apology or acknowledgement. Beds are on the small side. I don't think I've ever encountered beds smaller than the standard single bed size before. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were peculiar. The only hook/hanger was in the shower. A phone next to the toilet? No, I didn't really get that either. One of the windows didn't close so soundproofing was out the window (pardon the pun). In short, location is a win. Worth a stay if the price is right and you don't intend to use the facilities much other than to sleep.

The location is awesome.

The location is awesome.exactly in front of gate no. 25. The women gate. So if you are travelling with family this is best location great staff and service. I made a reservation with free cancellation and payment at property. No problem with that my room was reserved even reaching at 12 midnight. - best staff, location and cleanliness.

Spritual enlightment

Location very close to gate # 25, ladies entrance fro Salam.

Very small room. Small queen bed. Very poor quality toiletries, actually bad smelling body lotion. Tissue roll size extra small. Bath room so small have squeeze to fit in. Shower area water fills the entire bathroom.

It is very close to Haram, especially women prayer entrance. I will book same Hotel next time.

Boiled eggs in breakfast can be better. Yellow side of the eggs become green which means over boiled.

Great Location. Room sizes not so much.

If you are travelling with the Mrs. and the kids..nothing can beat the location of this hotel as it is right in front of the female entrance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Regular cleaning and decent wifi connection speeds.

Be prepared to be dissapointed by your room sizes, the hotel pictures don't tell the full story - I have been booking rooms in Madinah for the last 11-13 years and have never come across rooms this small that you can barely walk around - the rooms are neat and look to be recently renovated but all that becomes secondary when you keep bumping into everything. Also I should mention that the receptionist will have you go look at your room first before he finalizes your booking, that is nice of them but do they really expect someone to cancel their booking and go to some other hotel on the day of their stay.

I would not recommand this hotel, unless you get a very cheap rate.

I did not like anything. For the price i was expecting a 5***** service. But i would't give it a 3***. Breakfast very poor i asked for a cappuccino, they said i need to pay extra money for my coffee.

The room was sad and noisy.a box room.fone wasn't working, i wanted to make an urgent call, they said i was not allowed..tv only had few channels.shower room so old and miserable, not a proper shower, nothing to hang on to.

Only location is best

They were charging daily for breakfast. However, in Anwar Al Madina they charged 200 while check in which worked for next 3 days. This hotel staff did not let me know about this breakfast Payment at the time of check in and when I went for breakfast with family then they said that I am not allowed which was so embarrassing. Due to this incident I do not recommend it anymore ..

The location was perfect for my partner The access to other areas of the city was good

Booked and confirmed a room with a double bed - got twins The A/c was not working properly. It was either on or off - no temperature control or fan control. The Wi-Fi was very slow The wall sockets next to the bed were loose and hanging Requested to clean the room - nothing done till complaint at the desk

Nice and refreshing and spritual

Very close to Gate 25, the ladies entrance to the masjid. Customer service was good and helpful most of the time. The breakfast is nice and tasty. They have a falafel and omelette station and other hot dishes, bit limited on choice compared to other hotel in the same category but its good. They also gave a nice gift on checking out, a pack of cookies!

1)Checking in took far too long. The hotel knows that on a Thursday evening they will expect a higher number of guests so they should have more than one person working at the check in desk. However, they had a young 'slow' person working there allowing himself to be interrupted by other guest at the expense of the guest he was serving at that time. I had a couple of interruptions where he left doing my checking in and attended to the needs of another guest. Really what you don't need after arriving from a long journey! 2)There were no hooks to hang up clothes in the bathroom in Room 607, where do I put my clothes, on the toilet? 3)The buffet breakfast should also offer fresh fruit. 4)Called the operator from my room many times and no one answered. 5)The main problem, I doubt the hotel can do anything about it is there are only 3 customer lifts in the entire building of about 13 floors. I didn't stay there during the peak periods and wouldn't do so. I imagine it would take anything up to 20 mins plus to take a lift up to the top floors during the peak period (Hajj & Ramadhan), so avoid this hotel if you are thinking of staying here during the busy period unless you are able to take the stairs. I couldn't because we has someone who uses a wheelchair with us.
